At Daddies Board Shop, we want you to be stoked on your new gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to help you get back to skating or snowboarding as quickly as possible.

Verify Condition

Ensure your items are in brand new, resellable condition with all original tags and packaging intact; for boards, this means no grip tape applied or mounting marks.

Request Authorization

Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Label

Securely pack your gear in a sturdy shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, or use your own preferred carrier.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
