How long does it take for my board to ship?
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same business day. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom assembly for skateboards and longboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings, our professional shop technicians will assemble your board for free unless you specify otherwise in the order notes.
What is your return policy for used gear?
We accept returns on unused, brand-new items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on boards that have been ridden or grip tape that has been applied.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Daddies Board Shop ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
How do I know which truck size is right for my deck?
Ideally, your truck axle width should match the width of your deck. You can consult our comprehensive Size Guide on each product page or contact our support team for a specific recommendation.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim for the fastest possible turnaround, orders enter our fulfillment process quickly. Please contact us via phone or live chat immediately if you need to make changes.
